looking for suitable and qualified external candidate for the following
position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Adhere strictly to the contact centre standards and guidelines.
Resolves customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
Able to perform front line duties for walk-in customers.
Able to work with minimal supervisor and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work on shift.
To formulate response and resolutions in a timely and provide excellent customer service.
To handle inquiries from new customers or existing customers and provide accurate
responses to the customers.
To adhere processes in accordance with the guidelines and standards.
Ensuring that the information regarding customer requests and complaints are provided
accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
Computer knowledge is required.
Minimum experience in customer service field is an advantages.
Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledge of the other languages is an added advantage.
