 looking for suitable and qualified external candidate for the following
position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
 Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
 Adhere strictly to the contact centre standards and guidelines.
 Resolves customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
 Able to perform front line duties for walk-in customers.
 Able to work with minimal supervisor and good interpersonal skills.
 Able to work on shift.
 To formulate response and resolutions in a timely and provide excellent customer service.
 To handle inquiries from new customers or existing customers and provide accurate
responses to the customers.
 To adhere processes in accordance with the guidelines and standards.
 Ensuring that the information regarding customer requests and complaints are provided
accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
 Computer knowledge is required.
 Minimum experience in customer service field is an advantages.
 Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
 Knowledge of the other languages is an added advantage.
